Collection of engravings by Mexican artist Arturo García Bustos and students from the Engraving Workshop of the Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas (National School of Plastic Arts), 1953-1954. Engraving is a technique that starts with a drawing on a support, wood, rubber, metal, stone, which forms low reliefs with sharp instruments called gouges, and an impression is obtained by inking and rubbing. The themes of the works correspond to the historical period, foreign intervention, the route to the Atlantic, Decree 900, and peasant exploitation.
