Homage to the sculptor José Óscar Barrientos, who worked realism, figurative expressionism, and constructivism. In 1963, he was a member of the Valenti Circle, his works are in private collections, museums, and national and foreign public spaces. His legacy was inherited in talent by his two sons, also sculptors, Leopoldo and Juan Sebastián. His teaching was wisely extended in the School of Art at the Faculty of Humanities, USAC. He was the Director of the Museum of Modern Art.
